I have completed my order but have not entered my promotional code, can I use it after?

Unfortunately, once an order has been processed we cannot amend it. Promotional codes have to be used before an order is confirmed.

Can I amend or cancel an order?

We will be processing your order as quickly as possible which means we can’t make any changes once you’ve placed your order.

Yes, we can price match products please see our price match page for more information.

My item is faulty, what do I do?

Please contact us on 01726 65751 and ask to speak with the returns team, alternatively you can email them at [email protected] to discuss the faulty item.

Do you deliver nationwide and what are my options?

Yes, we deliver all over the UK. Please see our national delivery page for full details on deliveries.

How do I add a discount code?

Discount codes can be added in the shopping cart, you will find the box to enter your code underneath the product in your basket.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Paypal, Visa and Mastercard.

How do I track my item?

We offer a range of delivery services, you will receive a delivery dispatch email with your courier and tracking number, to track your order you can do so here:

Do you accept NHS, military or student discount?

Unfortunately we do not accept any of these discounts.

How long does a refund take?

Please allow up to 14 days for a refund to be processed. We aim to process returns/refunds as quickly as possible however during busy periods returns can take a little longer.

Can I exchange my item?

Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges. You would need to send the item you have back for a refund and place a new order online for the different item you require.

How do you contact me regarding out of stock items/queries ?

If we have any queries with your order or if the item(s) you ordered become out of stock, we will notify you of this via the email or phone number(s) that you provide to us.

How do I check the sizing/fit of an item?

Size guides are included underneath the description of each product. If you require further information please call/email us or alternatively you can always check the manufacturer’s website.

Do you offer click and collect?

Yes we do offer click and collect. We would advise that you call the store to place your click and collect order on 01726 65656

Do you store your timber outside?

Yes, all of our timber is stored outside all year round and is treated to prevent rot.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is automatically calculated at the checkout and is worked out by the weight of the order.

What are your store opening hours?

Our store opening hours are: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 5:30pm | Saturday 7:30am - 5:00pm | Sunday 10:00am - 4:00pm

Do you have other stores?

We only have one store based in Cornwall.

Do you offer weekend delivery?

No, we currently only deliver Monday - Friday. This may change in the near future.

Can I have a quote?

Please add all of the items you wish to order into your basket and proceed to checkout where you will receive your total cost including delivery.
