How to Return
We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However we offer a 30 days of receipt period to return your item to us. All of our items are sent to you with a returns form, please complete this form fully ensuring you include your name, order number and contact number. Failure to do so may delay your refund. We are unfortunately unable to offer exchanges, we kindly ask for you to re-place your order online and send the item you do not wish to keep back for a refund. Refunds can take up to 14 days to be processed during busy periods.
Under 30kg items - The cost of the return is down to you, we advise that you send your parcel back via a tracked service with Royal Mail. Please keep hold of the proof of postage in the rare event of the goods being lost in the post.
Over 30kg items - Please phone the online sales team on 01726 65751 they will be able to organize a collection from you. The cost of the return will be deducted from your refund.
Returns Condition
It is essential that any unsuitable items, unless faulty are returned in a re-saleable condition. This means that items must not be worn, used, soiled, or damaged. We expect you to take good care of items whilst in your possession, for instance please do not write on or otherwise mark boxes, as we will not be able to refund items if they are defaced, used, soiled or damaged, such items will be either returned to you, or you will not be refunded fully.
In addition, sterile goods such as needles, syringes and applicators dispatched from us in sealed packaging are only returnable if the packaging has not been breached or broken in any way.
Faulty - If you suspect the item you have received to be faulty or it appears to become faulty over time, please email [email protected] or call 01726 65656 to discuss returning the item to us and your options for a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Goods - Please note that not all the items we sell are eligible to be returned. This refers to all Animal Medicines including anti-parasitic treatments and vaccines, Agrochemicals including; herbicides, pesticides and fungicides and all bagged feed and feed blocks.
