Application: Suitable for iron and steel.
Properties:
- Can be coated with 1K and 2K varnishes;
- Base coat: Kramp primer (coat thickness: 50–60 µm);
- Can be stored outside for up to 5 days without a final coating layer.
- High filling capability;
- For electrostatic processing;
- Temperature resistance: continuous load 120°C, transient load 150°C;
- Dry matter content: 65–70%;
- Basic viscosity (DIN 53 211): thixotropic;
- Specific weight (DIN 51 757): 1.4–1.5 kg/l;
- Gloss (DIN 67 530): 10–20%/60° (matt);
- Chromate-free and lead-free;
- Adhesion (DIN 53 151): iron, steel: class 0 (very good).
